hey guys, here are a bunch of pictures of drinks and bars that i’ve taken recently & semi-recently. what shall we call this sort of thing… lushporn? takin’ care of boozeness? haw haw.

so i realized that it’s been awhile since i posted any of my food photography and that i’ve got quite a few pictures floating around in the archive. so here it is, an epic food porn post that catalogs a lot of the stuff i’ve shot in the past 4 or 5 months for magazine restaurant reviews and other features. while looking through my files i realized i have enough to make separate blog posts for drinks, cool restaurant interiors AND a whole entries worth of just ice cream pictures…so keep an eye out for those too!

SO. on monday jetblue had a sale for that day only. any ticket for tuesday or wednesday for ANYWHERE was $10. which meant you could fly somewhere on tuesday and come home on wednesday for $20 (plus tax). i figured what the hell and on a whim bought myself a round trip ticket to aruba. i was there for just over 24 hours and i took these (real) polaroid pictures. it was like a desert island strip mall with a really awesome beach. i’m glad i did it, but i actually think 1 day was enough. my legs got sunburnt when i took a nap on the beach for an hour like an opulent hobo. (i only woke up because the sun shifted and started to burn my feet)
